America is diverse in its rich style of barbecue history and Dee Jays has found it’s niche cooking tender baby back ribs.  Barbecue is regional in the way ribs are seasoned, smoked and cooked with a variety of sauces.  Dee Jays tender BBQ Ribs are lightly smoked with hickory and covered with our own sauce and finished on our barbecue grill.

Just about a 30-minute drive from Pittsburgh, Dee Jays is renowned for its award-winning ribs and are so popular that former and current Pittsburgh Steelers, Pirates and Penguins can often be seen in the restaurant eating these fall-off-the-bone ribs.  While our BBQ Ribs steal the spot light, the menu has a full variety of mouth-watering products.  Dee Jays has something for everyone.
